Authorisation
- The client authorises us to conduct an obligation free evaluation of the machine to determine the nature of the problem.
- While conducting this free evaluation an approximate cost will be quoted for this repair. However, being an initial quote, the price is subject to change if further issues arise during the repair process.
- If this occurs, we will contact the client and will not proceed further with the repair without client approval.
Fault Description
- At the time a job is booked into our system, we kindly asked that you provide us with a full description of the issues you are experiencing. Especially when, how and with what components are connected the PC. This will help us to isolate and target the specific issues you maybe experience.
- However, failure to tell us a full fault description will delay the repairs and may incur further charges if additional faults are not reported during the initial consult with the customer.
- We do ask for you to provide us with your logon password/pin to gain access to your device, as without the correct logon information we may not be able to perform the necessary work that is required.
- On occasions we may need to have access to your email or cloud services, again we ask to have this information ready when we book in the job.
Booking In Jobs
- When we book any job into our system we kindly ask that you provide us with all your contact information. This helps us to have the correct information on hand for further consults.
- If your address or contact number has changed since your last visit we ask if you could please provide us with the information to avoid any delay in communication.
- We know many people find it hard to answer their phone at home or work so we ask if you could please provide us with your mobile number as we utilise a SMS service to contact clients on completion of their repairs.
Repair Times
- We will attempt to have all repairs carried out within the same day or following business day.
- If you require your PC sooner, please notify staff at the time of booking to prioritise your job where possible.
Providing Parts
- When booking in your repairs especially Laptops & All In Ones we ask if you could please provide us with your AC adapter/charger, as while we do have many universal adapters in our workshop we cannot guarantee that they will always be suitable for your unit.
Data Backup
- It is your responsibility to back up your data on your PC, Mac, tablet devices and servers before we perform any type of service on them. This includes all Hard Drives, SSD drives and Mobile Storage.
- We are not liable for any data loss regardless of how it was caused. We treat all data the same and do not distinguish between files, photos, documents, programs, etc.
Liability for Loss or Damage
- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment, it’s accessories, software or data. At the time of booking in your job we note down all components, cables, bags, and adapters.
- We take the upmost care in disassembly of computers and will attempt to avoid making any cosmetic damage to your system, however sometimes this is unavoidable especially when dismantling Laptops, All In Ones & External Hard Drives.
Pricing & Availability
- All product prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax.
- We may modify prices and, product and service offerings at our discretion.
- All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- The prices listed online is only current for stocked items only. The price of any products listed as “Call To Order” or “Out Of Stock” will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Due to the rapidly changing market and stock availability, we cannot guarantee all the listed prices on our website.
- All listed prices online are based on cheapest preferred supplier and subject to change if an alternative supplier’s price is dearer.
Payments
- We accept various forms of payments methods from Cash, Debit, Direct Deposit, Credit Card (Excluding Amex or Diners), Cheque (Bank Only or Personal where existing customer relations have been established) & PayPal via our online store.

Order
- For any “Out Of Stock” or speciality part orders we request payment in full upfront. This secures the purchase and allows us to process an order fast and efficiently to get you your parts or system as quickly as possible from our suppliers.
Order Confirmation
- For any online orders you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order with us. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- If placing an order in shop or over the phone we will contact you once the stock arrives and ready for pickup.
Delivery
- We are able to deliver to all destinations in Australia utilising Courier Please & Australia Post, shipping costs vary from order to order and therefore will need to be confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Items will normally be dispatched with 1 business day of purchase after payment has been made in full. Please allow extra time for delivery to WA, Remote & Rural Areas.
- With our vast supplier network all around Australia some orders may be arrange from end-to-end consumer allowing your order to be directly shipped to your door from our supplier instead of coming to us first. This reduces the wait time and often cost as it reduces double handling.

- Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors colours of products may also differ to those shown on the site.

- Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for any updates or omissions that may have occurred since we listed the product on our website.
Returns & Order Cancellation
- Computer software: Return or exchange of computer software will not be accepted. Please be careful with your purchase to ensure your system meets the minimum or recommended requirements to run the application. Refund or exchange of ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) will also not be accepted.
- Computer hardware: Return or exchange of computer hardware is subject to stricter guideline. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, hard drives, CPUs, and memory etc. If the product you have purchased does not meet your requirements an exchange or store credit may be applied.
- No return, exchange, refunds, or store credit will be offered for speciality order components.
- We do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Warranty
- All components sold by us come with a standard 1 Year from the date of purchase unless stated on our invoice.
- Some manufacturer warranty periods are 2 Years or 3 Years, we will also warranty these as well. Please ask us to confirm the manufacturer warranty period of any product.
- All custom-built computers come with a 2 Years return to base warranty.
Security
- Whilst we take reasonable precautions to protect information transmitted via our website such as using (SSL) Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure that your details are encrypted and securely communicated to us, we cannot and do not guarantee the security or confidentiality of these communications or the security of our website.
Privacy
- All information provided to us by you will not be supplied to any third party and will only be recorded by our company for further transactions and service work.
- We recommend the removal of any confidential information from your computer prior to any work being performed.
Changes To This Agreement
- Bailin Tech Solutions ABN 16 168 799 906 may add to, delete, or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed, or any work is performed on their computer.
