We have access to all leading laptop manufacturers, and can source replacement parts for most brands.

We attempt to have all repairs carried out within the same or following business day.
However, this timeframe is subject to our existing workload and the severity/complexity of your issue.

Malware/spyware infections are very common, and you would be surprised how easy it is to get infected.
We can remove these infections while still keeping your data safe.
We never erase your data to fix a computer.

All our computer systems are custom-built to order.
However, we do also offer computer systems from ASUS, HP, Intel, Lenovo & MSI
We offer all our customers the opportunity to customise their system to their own needs.
Every custom computer system sold includes 24 months return to base warranty.
Unfortunately we don’t offer custom-built laptops at this stage.

All of our prices listed on our website include freight costs. so if you come into our store that’s all you will pay.
We have been operating in Maitland in the same location since 1997 so you can trust that we will not disappear overnight.

Laptop batteries will deteriorate over time, and no longer hold their full charge.
Usually, batteries will only hold their full charge for 3-4 years.
We have access to replacement aftermarket batteries for as low as $99.

We can replace nearly all laptop screens on the market.
Screen replacements, including labour, start from $250.

We do offer data retrieval services, for both digital memory cards & hard drives, on the software level.
However, we are also partnered with a data recovery specialist in Sydney that can offer recovery at the hardware level for severe cases.

We can offer remote access support for clients who need a quick response.
This is available via a small download, which can be simply run, & doesn’t require any installation.

We do offer onsite repairs at a fixed hourly rate.
Onsite repairs can be performed both during & after business hours.
Some repairs however may be more cost efficient to be brought into our workshop.

We can organise shipping either from our store or direct from our suppliers to you for a reasonable additional price.
We can offer shipping via either Australia Post or Couriers Please depending on the weight of the item.

Yes, we can.
We have access to all of Australia’s leading suppliers of PC components.
Generally speaking, as long as they have it in stock we can source it over-night to us.

No unfortunately we don’t, however we will always offer after sales service for all products sold by us.

All items sold by Bailin Tech Solutions have a minimum 12 months, unless otherwise stated on our invoice.
However, there are some components that have a longer warranty term.
We will organise the warranty for such components, saving you the concern of dealing directly with the manufacturer.

Unfortunately we don’t offer any finance on goods.
